The actual taxes charged may be adjusted from the amount shown at checkout. Several factors may cause this adjustment, such as variances between processor programs and changes in rates of Taxes.

By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable Taxes and other charges). Delivery usually occurs within 5 to 10 business days upon processing your purchase and is subject to item availability and credit card verification. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events.
Shipping costs are included in the price except for Remote areas (usually areas very far from cities).
If your shipping address is located in a Remote area, we will contact you and inform you about the additional costs. If you don’t agree with the additional costs, we will cancel your purchase and refund the amount paid.
Any delivery dates or times shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to an item passes to you upon delivery of the item to your specified delivery location.

Covid-19: Please note that Covid-19 outbreak may affect the delivery lead time of your order.

We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Site, you may return such item within 10 days from the date on which the item was delivered to you.
All items returned to us must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. In addition, all returned items must include the original packaging in good condition and all associated tags. Used items are not eligible for return.
In case the terms described above are well respected, once we have received the return item we will refund the amount paid excluding the shipping costs.
For returning purchased items, you will have to pay the additional shipping cost incurred, unless you are returning a defective item. In case of a defective item, once we have received the returned item and after verification that the problem was from our side, we will refund the additional shipping costs.
If you want to return an item purchased from the Site, please send us an email to returns@andreafilippi.com specifying the reasons why you want to return the item and we will reply with the instructions you have to follow.
Please note that if you have purchased a discounted or sale item, it is not applicable for the Return and Refund policy.

These Terms and Conditions and your purchase of items through the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of law located in Hong Kong, with respect to any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions or your purchase of an item through the Site that is not subject to arbitration under these Terms and Conditions.
